These purchase terms apply to orders placed through tevzaroo.com. TEVZAROO is operated by Beijing Shuyunxin Technology Service Co., Ltd.
Orders
When placing an order, you confirm that your checkout details are accurate and that you are authorized to use your selected payment method. We may review an order before fulfillment and may reasonably decline or cancel one affected by suspected fraud, unsuccessful payment, a pricing mistake, unavailable stock, a technical error, a legal restriction, or another legitimate operational reason.
Product Presentation
We aim to describe products accurately. Appearance may differ slightly because of display settings, lighting, or normal manufacturing variation.
Prices and Payment
Before submitting an order, you can review product prices, discounts, applicable shipping charges and taxes, and the final checkout total. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Successful authorization and applicable security checks are required.
Processing and Shipping
Orders are normally processed in 2โ4 business days after confirmed payment; this may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods. Standard shipping to supported United States destinations is generally estimated at 10โ15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges appear at checkout. Fulfillment may take place through our facilities or designated partners according to stock and destination.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible goods may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return Policy. After an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is sent to the original payment method. Our refund processing generally takes 5โ10 business days; the payment provider may need more time to display it.
Cancellation and Order Problems
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort, but cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipment starts. No cancellation fee applies to an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially unlike its description, send your order details and relevant photographs or video. Following review, we will provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return arrangement according to the circumstances.
Promotions, Errors, and Consumer Rights
Promotional offers may carry eligibility, expiry, product, or other conditions shown with the offer. Genuine pricing, inventory, description, or technical errors may be corrected. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will explain the available resolution. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
