TEVZAROO / After Your Purchase
This policy explains returns, refunds, order problems, and cancellation for TEVZAROO purchases.
Return Period and Eligibility
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. For a standard return, an item should generally be unused and in its original condition, include its original parts and accessories, include its original packaging where reasonably possible, and be accompanied by proof of purchase or relevant order information.
How to Start a Return
Email service@tevzaroo.com before sending anything back. Provide your order number, the item concerned, the reason for the request, and photographs or video where relevant. After review and approval, our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return warehouse address. Do not automatically mail a parcel to our business registration address.
Return Shipping Costs
For an eligible return due to a change of mind, preference, or another reason unrelated to a product or fulfillment problem, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed because of the product or our fulfillment, we will provide an appropriate solution without requiring the customer to bear additional costs caused by that issue.
Inspection and Refund Timing
A returned item may be inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility. Once an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. Our refund processing generally takes 5โ10 business days; the bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product description. Include your order number and supporting photographs or video where appropriate. After review, we will provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return arrangement based on the circumstances.
Cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us promptly. We will make a reasonable effort to handle requests received before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment or shipping has begun. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
