This policy covers preparation, dispatch, tracking, and delivery issues for orders placed through tevzaroo.com.
Processing and Transit
After payment is confirmed, orders are normally processed in 2โ4 business days. Holidays, promotions, unusually high order volume, or other busy periods may extend processing to as much as 5 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, transit is generally estimated at 10โ15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Destination, carrier operations, customs where applicable, weather, and seasonal volume can affect delivery.
Shipping Charges and Origin
Available shipping methods and their charges are displayed at checkout before you pay. An order may ship from our facilities or a designated fulfillment partner depending on stock, product location, and destination. Its dispatch point may differ from our business registration address.
Tracking and Delays
Available tracking details are normally supplied by email or through the applicable order-tracking method after dispatch. Carrier scans may take a reasonable period to appear. If tracking has not updated for an extended time or a shipment appears unusually late, email service@tevzaroo.com with your order number. We will examine the available information and, where appropriate, consult the carrier or fulfillment partner.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If a parcel appears lost, send us the order number and any tracking information. If tracking says โDelivered,โ first check the mailbox, delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors, and any carrier notice. Contact us if it still cannot be located so we can review the circumstances.
Address Changes and Multiple Shipments
Provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error afterward, contact us promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has begun. An order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels because of stock location or availability, with separate tracking details where applicable.
